How does compression work?
We re-encode the image in your browser. JPG and WebP use a quality slider. PNG is lossless, so we offer WebP or JPG when you want a smaller file.
Will quality drop?
Lower quality means a smaller file. Preview the result before you download.
Do you upload my photos?
Everything runs in your browser with the Canvas API. Your files are never uploaded to a server.
